This morning my daughter asked for pancakes for breakfast. These were quick, easy and healthy. Only 5 ingredients and less than ten minutes.

1 banana, mashed
3T pumpkin (optional)
2 eggs
1 rounded Tablespoon coconut flour
pumpkin pie spice to taste

– Combine ingredients
– add 1/8 cup to a hot, greased pan for silver-dollar pancakes
– cook 1-2 min per side until browned.
